NO Support!

It won’t download imges (JPG, GIF, PING, only HTML files. I have try the instruction many time and many URLs. It just won’t downlad any images.
i am sure i am doing somthing wrong, bcause this is what this softeare is made to do. But there is no support to find out what I am doing wrong.

Number one rule: If the developer doesent have support contact on its website DO NOT BUY their software.
NO support NO money!
